Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth by developing and executing innovative lead generation strategies. This senior position requires a candidate with extensive experience in both organic and paid digital marketing channels and a proven track record of creating campaigns that convert to high-quality leads that lead to sales meetings and active opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Leverage a mix of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new lead-generation opportunities within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Deep understanding of the buyer journey and the tactics needed to address the dynamic needs of our target market
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our core audience.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all digital channels to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Manage the PPC budget effectively, allocating resources to the most efficient channels and tactics.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools and cybersecurity trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report on lead generation performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead generation role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including both organic and paid channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
